I’ve learned from someone that can mushrooms so I know rather many edible. But I know nothing compared to those that once lived in the old east european countries 🙂
This time I just put a big lump of butter in the pan and fried them (witn some salt and black pepper) until the water was gone from them. I think I’ll freeze most of it today so I can have some of it in next weeks dinners. Lots of them now but one must pick them fast because all this rain tends to destroy them.
Have a great day!

Lots of mushrooms growing around here but they all look too scary to eat. There are a few field mushrooms but I’m not eating them either. Dogs do their business there. Bleh.
Enjoy your treasures.

I was lucky enough to know a man that could lots of different edible mushrooms, still there are plenty that I have no idea what they are 🙂
We have filed mushrooms here too but I never pick them either, they have a tendency to pick up any kind of pollution in the air and get rather toxic from that 🙂 One wont die but still 🙂

I never pick the poisonous ones, it’s a way too slow and painful way to die 🙂 🙂 🙂
