Last post here, tomorrow I’ll be at the new place!
Not long till the sweet cherries are ripe now. I hope I can get some so I can sow the kernels because these grow on a tree which is less than 1,5m (much the same in yards) high and this tree is rather old so it won’t be any higher.
I didn’t wake up even once during the night 🙂 One could therefore presume that I would be fully rested but that would be too good wouldn’t it 🙂 I do however feel much better now so with a little luck I’ll be fine this last working week before my vacation starts. This will be one of the longest weeks in the year as it is even without this nasty cold hanging around.
The morning was truly wonderful, 8C (46,4F), sunshine and a weak breeze keeping those few flies, that was thinking of annoying me, hiding in the bushes. Very few birds sing now, to be honest I think I only heard one or perhaps two. Could have been the same bird just moving a bit. We walked in to the village, it’s been a while since we did that and it looked like it always does 🙂 I was enjoying the morning so much that I mostly forgot to take any photos 🙂 Still I took plenty yesterday so no shortage of photos today.
We barely made it home until the first clouds arrived and the weak breeze became much stronger. It is still rather nice outside but the wind is a bit too strong to have the kitchen door open. Thunder and showers are predicted to arrive around noonish but the weather will be rather pleasant both before and after it has passed. Most important is that the humidity won’t be sky-high any time today.
Most spider webs don’t look like this year, so far I’ve only seen three like this one.
Do You remember that I bought ten Dahlia’s for almost nothing at all because they had passed their best before selling date? I soaked them in luke warm water for 24 hours and then planted them in pots. I now have eleven since one root fell in to pieces so I got several plants from that one. The problem was that I didn’t know where to put them when they started to grow but the cats helped me with that 🙂 Do You remember that I sowed melon seeds? I planted those in a big wooden box and the cats found the brown soil to be rather pleasant to sleep on and while doing that they also killed the melon plants 🙂
We bumped in to this lady yesterday and we all got just as surprised. I told her to stand still so I could get some nice photos and she stood there patiently 🙂 The grass is so high that she had to jump away but she did so very slowly and in no panic.
I know have planted some of the Dahlia’s in that box and put up sticks here and there so tha cats won’t use it again 🙂 I also planted the rest in my old wheelbarrow, another place the cats slept and killed the plants. If You plants Dahlia roots and it only gives one stalk per root it’s possible to get many flowers anyway. Just cut off the top of the stalk above a pair of leafs and it will start to produce new branches which will give plenty of flowers, somewhat smaller perhaps but lots of them.

I may not have poppies like the Beekeeper but I do have buttercups 🙂
One can also take cuttings and plant those to get more plants and they’ll all give new roots that You can plant next summer. Many believe that if one sows Dahlia seeds those won’t be able to survive a winter to be planted the next year but that’s wrong, they’ll be just as good as the ones one buy or perhaps even better. Very few Dahlia species are hardy enough to survive in the more northern hemisphere though so they must be stored in a cool but frost-free space during our winters in buckets with moist sand or soil.
I think it is time to take another walk with the dogs before the rain arrives. The wind is so strong now that I won’t get annoyed by any flies 🙂

Musk mallows grow everywhere here.
I only woke up once last night and managed to fall asleep again after ten minutes or so. Still I was so tired when the alarm sett off that I almost seriously considered to come late to work 🙂 Still the day has passed rather quickly and I did feel less tired while I was at work.
It has been mostly cloudy with some rain today and a few seconds of sunshine too. The humidity is as high as it can get, around 99% and will stay like that until tomorrow night. I guess I should be happy about temperatures being rather low because 99% humidity and high temperatures are really nasty, now it will stay close to unpleasant as worst 🙂

The weather predictions varies faster than the speed of light 🙂 We might get lots of thunder and rain this weekend but it can also be only light showers and perhaps some sunshine too. I would like to mow the lawn this weekend but I won’t do that if the grass is wet. Too much work to clean out the mower during and after using it on wet grass. I would like to have one of those robot mowers, they are quite popular here but still a bit too expensive for my taste. Now it would work rather well in my garden since the two big hole diggers aren’t around any more. Nova and Sune are content in just eating the leafs of the dandelions and don’t dig up the roots 🙂
It is time to give the dogs their food and after that I’ll give myself something too.

It finally opened up.
My Pink Dandelion! Only half the flower opened up yesterday (the deep pink part) and only for an hour or so before it closed again. My guess is that what looks more or less white now will be more pink tomorrow. This is a rare dandelion from the Himalayan mountains. I had lots of small plants last spring but Orvar and Hector ate most of them 🙂 🙂 I really couldn’t complain since I always gave them the dug up dandelions from my flowerbeds 🙂
It is another steam bath day, high humidity and rather warm. There is however a weak wind and it just makes it even worse 🙂 It is like walking around in a steam bath where they have a fan working 🙂 The flies are nasty and they are predicting thunder around noon, I do hope they are right this time. We were supposed to have thunder last night but I could just hear it once or twice from a great distance.

I mowed the lawn yesterday, perhaps not the best idea I’ve had in my life 🙂 I figured that it might be the chance I had because it was supposed to rain during the night and we’ll also have rain several days next week. I divided my garden in to four squares and as soon as I had mowed one square I went inside to drink lots of water and to rest for a while. I have to admit that it was much easier than I thought it would be. The grass was really high but dry so it didn’t fill up the mower around the blades like it always does when the grass is wet. My neighbor took most of what I mow outside the garden, he knew I had that high fever. I have the best neighbors one can get!
Finally there’s enough water in the clean creak so that Sune can take a bath again 🙂 Guess if he was happy, he just stood still in that deep hole for a long time 🙂
I had to go to the grocery store in Gudhem this morning, cats don’t like it when their food bowl is empty 🙂 I also bought some aspirin, I really can’t take any of those medications since they already have destroyed my stomach but aspirin is one of the few I can take a pill once in a while. I have headache after coughing so much and coffee just don’t help any more. I didn’t see what kind they gave me until I came home, this one is supposed to melt in the mouth. It was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever had 🙂 🙂 🙂 It wasn’t until after I had it I read I could put it in half a glass of water instead 🙂
I have some laundry to do but that’s it today. I’ll just relax all day and hope that the aspirin helps with the coughing too so that I at least get one night of sleep before work tomorrow 🙂

The white Musk mallow always open up a day or two before the pink one. A bit weedy here but easy to remove if they become too many.
It feels like summer.
It is like an explosion of green now and I like how the leafs still are so thin that the sun shines through them. They look neon green 🙂
I think summer arrived today, a bit early I admit that but it sure feels like it 🙂 I really can’t say how warm it has been here at home since the thermometer, placed on the north side of the cottage now is hit by the sun both when it rise and long before it sets. They day started rather wonderful too, the first thing I see when I get to the car is a newborn calf in the pasture next to my cottage 🙂
The day has passed slow though, I did what I could to get outside during the day. I didn’t have to change colors especially often and we had enough with people so I could walk around as I pleased more or less 🙂 They forgot to deliver the food I had ordered from the restaurant so I had to wait for them to deliver it. I didn’t mind a lot because I sat outside in the sunshine while waiting 🙂 It is so strange, the food they deliver earlier in the day usually taste nothing but when I get it late directly from the restaurant it is delicious! They say it is made at the same time but I just can’t believe them.
I wore a fleece jacket when we took our walk after work and it was too much 🙂 we went out to the bog and I heard a Black Grousse playing, the roosters tend to forget that all hen now are busy with the eggs or perhaps even chickens now 🙂 Sune took his usual bath in the clean creek and Nova rolled around in the dry grass. It almost felt sad when we went homewards again but we all needed something to eat 🙂

It was nice to be able to see the road I was driving on.

We didn’t have frost or fog this morning, they finally got it right with the weather prediction 🙂 It was so nice to not have to scrape the car windows and to actually be able to see the road I was driving on 🙂 The big road (the one You could see photos from here in an earlier post) was almost totally empty and the car behaved as it should, I got this feeling of harmony and the feeling of that nothing can go wrong, so I was thinking that I could just go on driving until I had no more petrol in my car and then just keep going until the ocean would stop me.
But I knew that those feelings soon would disappear when I came to a cross-road some miles away and then it would all go back to normal anyway. So I turned where I was supposed to and drove to work. It wasn’t too bad to work either to be honest and the day passed rather quickly. I’ll be working in the neighbor factory tomorrow and on Thursday so those days will pass fast too even if I’ll be painting really big things that weighs around 500kg ( over 1100 pounds) hanging in the air and really heavy to move even if I have the right equipment.
This was what I could think of writing today, my mind is quite blank and I think I need more vanilla yoghurt with sliced apples and cinnamon 🙂

Almost a summers day.
- A bit hazy on the mountain.
We’re having a really nice day, almost summer warm, no clouds in the sky but very windy. A big storm is passing north of here (Norway will be hit the worst I’ve read) and some of the wind reach us too. The forest takes the most of it so I can mostly just hear it here but my car was tossed here and there on my way home. First I went to the vet station to get Orvar back home and after that I drove to the garage to get a rubber gasket because one was broken on my car and some oil dropped out on the hot engine. Not much but the smell wasn’t nice 🙂
- The trees are now changing colors and the best colors will always show on the maples. Soon these maples will shine in golden yeallow.
I have now had three days without waking up because I was coughing so I think it is safe to say that the cold now has passed away. I still have a hoarse voice but that’s nothing compared to coughing 🙂 I hope that this was the cold I got this year but I’m afraid it wasn’t 🙂 People at work who has small children tend to bring everything their children gets to work with them and no one seems to be smart enough to stay at home when they start feeling that the cold has hit them.
- It is hard to see but the air was filled with lots of dry Birch leafs.
I’ll get new working hours for the three coming weeks. We have so much to do so it isn’t enough that people work overtime any longer, so from Monday I’ll start and stop working an hour earlier Monday to Thursday but have the same hours on Friday. When I go home in the afternoon a new shift starts and they’ll be working way into the night. I wouldn’t mind to continue to have these hours after these three weeks either, it won’t be long until it is dark when I leave home and dark when I leave work. If I could stop working an hour earlier I would get at least half an hour with daylight when I stop working.
- The Raspberry leafs are amazing now.
I am however not sure that those who start working an hour before me wants to continue with that, 5:30 am is awfully early to start working and they would have to get up at least an hour earlier than that if they want to get to work in time 🙂 I start working an hour later than them because it takes about an hour for the material that I’ll paint to reach the paint box, it has to pass a huge washing machine and a drier before I can paint it.
- These rose-hips will stay all winter long. I don’t know why but the birds won’t eat them unless they really are starving.
- These won’t last long though, they grow on my Rosa glauca.
It is time to make some food both for the dogs and me. After that we’ll probably take another walk. I would like to take a walk in the forest but the moose flies are a bit nasty now. I’ll go there tomorrow morning if it is chilly enough.

I had to call them.
Yesterdays thunderclouds were huge, this is just a tiny part of the closest one.
We have thunder clouds hanging around today again but still no thunder. It was a pretty nice day before they arrived, lots of sunshine and rather warm but now it’s mostly cloudy and rather chilly. It’s just beneath 13C (55,4F) and the air has the feeling of a just passed thunderstorm but no thunderstorm has passed, very odd!
- Suddenly it was as if the night had arrived, too bad no lightnings struck while I took this photo 🙂
- It must have rained today when I was at work because everything was soaking wet when I came home.

I still haven’t been able to see any of the photos I mailed to be developed last week and that’s a bit odd too. They are usually very fast in developing the films, so now I’m starting to wonder if something has happened to the film rolls. I’ll mail them if nothing turns up later today. I really would like to get these rolls developed because I have plenty of photos taken outside this village and I would like to see if I managed to stop the light leaks in the old Rolleicord.
- It is a good year for grasshoppers, they were everywhere on the gravel road today. Can’t remember when I saw this many before.
I couldn’t wait any more so I called them 🙂 They have a prolonged period at the moment so I will get my photos some time next week. I told them that as long as I know the rolls are there I’ll be very patient and I also told them that I thought they did a fantastic job and that I liked their service a lot. It’s never wrong to tell people that one think they are doing a very good job, that happens too seldom in my opinion.
- The Troll Spindle allowed me to come fairly close today.
- This fly however wouldn’t have mind if I had come even closer. It is one of the biting ones.
The sun is back again and so is the higher temperatures so I opened the kitchen door so that Nova can sleep on the stairs again and Sune on the ground just outside. We’re all just waiting for the time I’m starting preparing our food. They’ll have their usual and I’ll have some sausages and hotdog breads. The dogs will have some sausages too of course 🙂
- We have lots of butterflies now, most of them look like this one though.

- Lots of blueberries this year.
We” I better stop here and start with our food, I haven’t eaten anything proper since 5am so it is about time I had something to stop from feeling hungry 🙂

Rose hips on my Rosa glauca. They’ll turn much darker when they are ripe.
A lazy thunderstorm is slowly closing in to the village. It seems to take for ever to move. I shouldn’t have been surprised that it started because I could clearly see thunder clouds but sort of didn’t understand anyway. We heard the first rumble when we were out walking after work.
A not so lucky one.
I looked at the real-time lightning map on my phone and saw that it wa south of Falköping and I live north og the town so we were in no hurry home. It looked like it was going to miss us but now it hit just a mile or two away. Still it takes rather long time between the lightnings though so it might have passed us before the next one hits the ground 🙂
Well I better get of the computer just in case. Even if it is a mobile connection I use it has happened that the lightning hits mobile phones and I have the same connection on my laptop. The day passed really fast though, I worked in the neighbor factory all day and tomorrow is Friday and I stop working at noon 🙂

It is dark when I get up in the mornings now, especially today when I start working one hour earlier than the rest of the week. It’s autumn so I really can’t hope for anything else 🙂 But I could see some ground fog and thought why not bring a camera with me and stop on the way to take some photographs?. So I did but I brought the Minolta I’m trying right now, so You won’t see any of those photos until next month I think. I try to send at least four rolls of film to be developed each time and I’m only on that first roll yet 🙂
I can tell You this much though, if they come out alright they will be really nice 🙂 I’m afraid they might be a bit too dark though but that’s why we have editing programs in our computers 🙂 I also took a few photos after work around my work place but still have a few photos left until I can start on another roll of film with another camera.
- I like these flies. They aren’t the annoying kind and shine so brightly in metallic green.
- We have so many Nettle butterflies here now.
We’re having a really mixed weather here today, strong winds, lots of clouds but still lots of sunshine but also lots of rain. Short lived showers but enough to make me keep my kitchen door closed, too bad since it actually is quite nice when it doesn’t rain. It feels like we will get thunder today, the flies who still hangs around behaves like that but I’ve watched the real-time lightning site and no thunder is even close to us, it still hangs around in Denmark, a bit further south than yesterday. We’ll have much the same weather tomorrow but without the rain they say.
- The last six photos are older, I didn’t take especially many on our walk after work.
It is time to feed all the animals and myself too as a matter of fact. I never eat lunch at work on Fridays since I stop working before anyone has a lunch break, so the last time I ate some food today was at 4:40 am. Well I did eat a bun and some cookies at our weekly meeting at 11 am but not enough to keep me not feeling hungry 🙂

A bit too warm :-)
We had a really nice morning here but no fog as we had yesterday.
It is hot today! Two days ago it barely reached 18C (64,4F), today it reached 29C (84,2F). It isn’t nice at all but thankfully the humidity still is rather low and a breeze helps us to manage this temperature swing. They have predicted thunder for tonight so I thought the flies would be more nasty than usual but they didn’t even care about me in those places the wind didn’t reach. I wonder if it is too early to hope that their season is over now?
The morning walk took a bit longer than usual because it grows raspberry bushes all the way down and I had to try the berries on each and every bush we passed. This part of the road is over 200 meters (much the same in yards).
The temperature will drop down to 20C (68F) already tomorrow and it will stay around that for the rest of the week but we all know how well they predict the weather here so who knows what it really will be like 🙂 I was thinking about making a peach cobbler after work today but it’s just too warm to start the oven now, so I’ll make it tomorrow instead.
The dogs prefer to stay where the wind reach them so Nova and Sune have been sleeping in the shadow on the south side of the cottage since they had their dinner and Orvar indoors where the wind blows from upstairs down to the kitchen door. I have no idea where the cats are but they are most likely sleeping under a bush or something, they didn’t even have the energy to eat anything this afternoon 🙂
I couldn’t see any but it smelled lots of moose here.
It is time to harvest broccoli now, there isn’t much to harvest to be honest but I have waited too long some years so they instead of producing more flowered. I wonder if I can do anything with the broccoli leafs? There are lots of them and I guess they can be edible too, the stem is so why not the leafs? Do anyone of You know?

I work different hours this week, we’re only four people working in my department this week so we now work from 7 am to 4 pm except for Friday when I start a bit earlier to clean the painting box and stop working around 2 pm. It feels like I’m going home an hour earlier every day now but I think those two hours I will work longer on Friday will feel like an entire week 🙂
The pond is huge and I think it is full with cray fish, something we Swedes love.
It is time to make something to eat and after that I think I’ll fall asleep in front of the tv 🙂

At least I got some mist.
I caught this one with my camera yesterday. All I can say that it is a species of Blue Winged butterfly but that’s it.
The early morning was so nice, rather chilly, misty and sunny. Well there was this one cloud as there always is that covered the sun big parts of our walk but today I didn’t mind that much, after all I had the mist for a while. Every now and again the cloud allowed some sunshine to peek through so I more easily could see the spider webs and dew drops in the grass. Not a single fly was up in the air and that made it even better 🙂
We did get sunshine for a while before the big clouds arrived and now I’m only waiting for the rain, it will rain for at least two days now and lots of it will fall they say, perhaps as much as we usually get the entire month of July normally. I can’t even pretend that the rain is needed but at least I won’t have to water any pots for quite some time 🙂 In fact, I have even repotted some plants I plant to bring when the plant swapping day comes and placed them on the lawn so they’ll get soaked 🙂
There was no wind what so ever this morning but now I can see the leafs on the apple tree moving, we’ll get strong winds as well they say so I guess the bad weather isn’t far away now. It will come from east in the beginning and then turn to west so I won’t notice much of it here in the hollow where I live, my neighbors however will notice it since their cottage is placed much higher than mine is. I’m so happy it is because it takes almost all wind when the storms arrive and it can be so bad up there that it is impossible to sleep when it is as worst.
We have very few Bumblebee beetles this summer.
I watched Enders Game yesterday and it was so good that I now feel I must find the book. The books are always better than the movies even if I have to say that the final fight between Harry Potter and Voldemort was much better in the film than in the book but I guess that was the exception to the rule. Otherwise the Harry Potter movies were so so to be honest.
I feel that today is a pancake day. I haven’ made pancakes in months now so it’s about time. I always make two pancakes to the dogs to share, I’ve always wondered if they actually can taste anything since they just gulp it down 🙂 I’ll also watch more dvd’s since the weather won’t permit any outside activities later today and I’ll take a nap after posting this. I woke up a few times tonight so I haven’t slept that well. My own fault, never drink a lot before going to bed and don’t have the window open if it is pretty chilly already when one is going to bed 🙂
First however I’ll make a pot of tea and have a bowl with yoghurt and müsli.

A Zygaenidae moth, which one I can’t say until I can see how many red spots it has on its wings.
It is quite pleasant today.
Once again the Magpies have brought their young ones to my garden. I just don’t understand why since there are two cats and three dogs that would love to take them.
We’re having a pleasant day today, a bit windy, a bit sunny and almost warm 🙂 I better save this day in my memories since they say that we might get up to 70 mm (2,76 inches) with rain this weekend. It all depends on where the heavy showers go of course. So I have been a bit active this morning. First I drove to the super market, it’s no fun being on the roads if it rains that bad.
Not a cloud in the sky when we went out on our morning walk but there was a crane.
Of course I forgot the list I’d written but I actually remembered it all anyway 🙂 They had 70% of on all flowers but I resisted the temptation and just passed by 🙂 I just bought what I wanted and left, I was home again even before an hour had passed and it takes around 20 minutes to go there 🙂 I also put the padded envelope with four rolls of film in the mail box when I went in to the super market. We’ll all be able to see those photos next week.
I’ve also mowed the lawn this morning. I thought I just as well do it since it will rain more or less a lot these coming days. I have to say that I was surprised to see how much the grass had grown since last time I did it. The places I’ve looked at before mowing looked fine with short grass but most of the garden was otherwise 🙂 Long grass that didn’t dry up after the morning dew so it clogged up the lawn mower something nasty. Now it’s done anyway and hopefully I won’t have to think about it for another week.
I have now watched two movies on dvd. Kingsman and Seventh Son. If You like 007 movies You will most likely like Kingsman! That’s all I’m going to say about that film. The Seventh Son, a fantasy movie was nothing I can recommend. Lots of good actors with lots of bad acting. It feels like they should have made at least two movies from this story, as it is now it’s just a waste of good actors. The special effects are good though and I think that one perhaps can enjoy this film a bit more if one has read the book/ books? before seeing the movie. Now I’ll find the book/ books? instead.
It is time for a bit of lunch and after that a walk with the dogs. I think the biting flies now are dying for this season (well the moose flies are still on their way later when autumn starts), I didn’t get especially much bitten while mowing. The most annoying forest flies however are still plentiful but I’ll bring my mosquito hat, I don’t get annoyed at them as long as they can’t get in to my ears or nostrils 🙂

Not far from frost.
I have a few big flies flying around in my kitchen, all they want to do is to get out and leave me alone so I have tried to help them out. As soon as they fly to the windows I’ve opened them but it seems they just don’t get it. I leave the window open with the risk of getting in more flies, they fly to it and then in panic it seems turn around and fly away again. Why? I mean they must feel the wind so they must understand it i open. After all they have tried their best to fly out through the mosquito net because they can feel the wind blowing through it!
Really chilly mornings usually means lots of mist but I was a bit disappointed with only this little of it and it was even less by the bog.
I have occasionally managed to scare them out through the open window by chasing them with a news paper but really! I don’t think it should be up to me to do that for them 🙂 They don’t care about me at all but I’m getting tired of their sound now, so if they don’t leave by their own choise I will scare try to scare them to fly into the spider webs in the hall 🙂 After all, my spiders need something to eat too 🙂
I did bring one of the older cameras with me and I’m looking forward to see if I managed to adjust it so the photos look like this, more or less anyway 🙂
It was a rather chilly morning, the temperature dropped to 4,5C (40,1F) but the sky was clear and the sun was on its way up so I only wore a fleece sweater when we went out. I noticed that there was one big cloud up in the sky and naturally it flew so it came in the way for the sun! and it also had the direction so that it would continue to cover the sun for quite some time since it flew very slowly. It is so typical and it annoyed me so much since I wanted to get some photographs taken towards the early morning sunrise.
This was more or less the only mist I could see out on the bog.
We walked in to the forest and out to the bog since it was as chilly as it was and when we reached the bog the sun finally got rid of that cloud 🙂 We did see some mist but not as much as I had hoped, I love walking out there in the cold mist when the sun rise and the flies still stays calm. Still it was quite wonderful out there and I did get some photos by the fields too even if it was a bit late. Well, late is perhaps a bit wrong because I don’t think it was 5:30 am yet when we came home again 🙂
I went to the super market too, not that I really needed to but I figured out that if I didn’t go today I would have to go on Sunday and I really don’t like going there on weekends. It doesn’t matter that I have vacation, a weekend is a weekend 🙂 I might as well have waited because we’ll get at least ten more days with low pressures coming in so perhaps I just should have stayed at home to enjoy this day to the fullest. But then again, I had to mow outside my garden today so they day got sort of destroyed anyway 🙂
So out to the fields we went again. The dogs did look confused when we went out there again 🙂
I’ve just downloaded windows 8,1, I just did that because I need to if I later on will download windows 10 which is supposed to look very much like windows 7 which is the one we all want back 🙂 It took a very long time to do it and so far I can’t say I see any difference. It did however change what site I want to open up when I start the internet and now I can’t find where I can change that back again 🙂 🙂 Well, life isn’t supposed to be easy I’ve heard 🙂
It is time to see if I can find out how my computer works now and I think I’ll need a big pot of coffee while doing that 🙂
Even I could hear the mice in that high grass. I thought they were more careful since they are eaten by most predators.

The laziest thunder ever.
I often find Bertil and Orvar sleeping close together.
I went to the doctor again today with my aching shoulder and he took a look at it and fetched that nasty long syringe. It looked like it would go through my entire arm 🙂 Now my shoulder really hurts, a lot! The other doctor gave me another shot first that numbed the shoulder, this doctor must not have known one could do such a thing 🙂
The clouds were so dark they almost became dark blue.
Finally they’ll build a bridge down by the creek (where I fell down that sink hole 🙂 ).
He did manage to go in to the joint and hit a few nerves on the way, I could feel it down to my thumb and he sounded surprised when I told him how much it ached 🙂 Before I could find a sort of pain-free way to hold my arm, now that seems impossible. I really can’t work having this pain so I went home for the rest of the day, I do hope this will be over by tomorrow.
I drove to the garage on my way home to pay the bill, it wasn’t that bad to be honest. Yes I would rather have had that money for something else but it could have been worse. It costed 1600 Swedish kronor and that would be something like $ 178 US. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it had been much worse so this was sort of a good bill :-)’

I went out with the dogs as soon as I came home and half way to the bog I heard the thunder. It isn’t nice to be outside in a forest when thunder arrives so we walked home rather quickly. It turns out it was the only time, so far, the thunder could be heard and that’s over an hour ago 🙂 It is raining though so I’m glad we went home anyway.

We had thunder here yesterday too and it must have been the laziest thunder we’ve ever had here. I looked at the same spot in the sky for almost half an hour and the cloud almost didn’t move at all during that time. It almost didn’t manage to send any flashes either, one every twenty minutes or so but the closest one was just outside the village.

It is time for something to eat, I haven’t had anything since 5 am and now it’s 1:36 pm. I’ll call the physiotherapist tomorrow, the doctor said that it would be my best chance to get rid of the pain in my shoulder for good since I can’t take any pills. It’s just to call and then we’ll agree on a day I can go there. It’s nice when it’s easy for once.
